Digital Fee Calculator
The Digital Fee Calculator automates the calculation of impact fees to reduce errors.
An IPA audit revealed that fee calculations contained errors. We assembled a team of stakeholders to create and test the Digital Fee Calculator to eliminate errors.

Tree Management Consolidation
The team concluded that consolidating tree management into the Public Works department would create an efficient allocation of resources that offered simplicity for residents and staff by providing a uniform management of resources.
Employee Incentive Tracker
IPA created a tool for Glendale’s Integrated Waste team that automated data logging and report generation. This reduced redundancies for staff and allowed the IW team to start auto-generating critical reports on a daily basis.
